Astrodyne TDI - powerful power supplies and effective mains interference suppression filters

Neumüller Elektronik and Astrodyne TDI have entered into a partnership in the field of power supplies and mains interference suppression filters. This considerably expands Neumüller's portfolio of power supply units with medical approvals, among other things - especially in higher power classes up to several KW and cascadable RAK solutions. ATDI has a similarly long market experience as Neumüller and began developing highly reliable standard and customized high power power supply units in the USA back in 1960.

In addition to the fields of application previously served by Neumüller, such as medical, industrial, household, life science and consumer, other fields have been added: semiconductor manufacturing, laser technology, power supplies for harsh environments such as defense applications. Astrodyne TDI is very flexible with technical adaptations and modifications - even for small and medium quantities - through to completely new developments. This fits in very well with the philosophy of Neumüller Elektronik, which sees itself as a design-in distributor and solution provider! The designs range from open board housings/chassis - hermetically sealed with IP protection - to 19” rack models; also with ultra-flat water-cooled versions! There are also external plug-in and desktop power supplies as well as DC/DC converters.

ATDI is introducing line filters as a new product group at Neumüller. These are used in all areas where line-bound interference must be filtered to the permitted or desired level.

Astrodyne TDI also offers above-average FAE support for the mains filters, which range from standard types with AC power supply input connectors to three-phase, specifically adapted models in the upper power range (e.g. wind generators), in order to solve any EMC problem. On-site design-in and measurement analyses with exchange of experience on the applications with the manufacturer FAE are possible and desired!
