Color Temperature

The color temperature is defined as the temperature at which a black body (planar radiator) glows with a specific light color and is specified in Kelvin (K). The color temperature thus quantifies the color impression of a light source. Warm color temperatures are below 3500K. Neutral color temperatures are between 3500K and 5000K.
