COB LEDs
COB LEDs (chip-on-board LEDs) are characterized by high light density and a homogeneous light surface. The unencapsulated LED chips are bonded directly to heat-conducting aluminum or ceramic substrates. This improves heat dissipation (low Rth) and ensures uniform light distribution and stable color locations in demanding lighting applications.
