Neumüller Elektronik GmbH at the LED professional Symposium (LpS) in Bregenz 2016

For the sixth time the leading lighting event, LpS, took place in Bregenz (Austria). LpS is the event for developers, designers and decision-makers in the lighting technology industry. Innovative technologies are presented and communicated to an international trade audience. The symposium offers technically sophisticated lectures by renowned international experts in lighting technology. The symposium will be complemented by an accompanying trade fair, at which Neumüller Elektronik GmbH was of course also represented.

But we were not only there to answer the questions of trade visitors at our stand. Our colleague, Dipl.-Ing. Margret Hedrich-Goeppert, gave a lecture on "Flicker of LED light sources" at the symposium and was able to inform the audience about possible sources of error and how to avoid them when dealing with LEDs. An interesting exchange of experiences took place following our booth, which was also attended by Prof. Shuji Nakamura, Nobel Laureate in Physics 2014 for the development of the first blue LED. Our colleague had the honour to meet Mr. Nakamura in a personal conversation. That was our highlight at this year's LpS.
