Highest efficiency and 200 percent power boost with the new Open Frame of the PJB series

Neumüller adds the 240W open frame power supply PJB-24V240WxxA from Delta Electronics to its product range. In this new model with a wide input range from 85Vac to 264Vac, the nominal 24V output can be set in the range 21.6-26.4Vdc using a potentiometer.

It is characterized by a high efficiency of 92.5% at 200Vac input and 100% load. Like the other devices in the PJB series, the Power Boost function provides a short-term power reserve of 200% for 10 seconds to enable reliable starting of loads with high inrush currents. This means that the power supply does not have to be oversized and costs can be reduced.

The special PCB coating protects against dust and chemical contaminants in harsh industrial environments. Highest reliability is guaranteed by the exclusive use of Japanese quality capacitors.

The device series naturally meets all important international IT security standards, such as IEC/EN/UL 60950-1 (ITE), UL 508 (Industrial).
