7-25W LED drivers and power supplies - compliant with new EMC standard (2019-12)
With the newly revised DIN EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019-12 (Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - Limits for harmonic currents), the specifications for the limits for harmonic currents of lighting equipment with a power between 5 and 25W have now also been introduced. Previously, there were no limit values for this power class. Still free are devices with a power below 5W.
To be able to continue to offer standard-compliant LED power supplies with low power here, the manufacturer Anway Electric has revised its portfolio of LED power supplies in the lower power range in accordance with the requirements of the new EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019-12.
With the AW06 series, both constant voltage vLED power supplies and constant current LED drivers are available in the 7-25W power range.
In addition to complying with the EMC standard, the output ripple of the control gear has also been designed to meet the flicker requirements of the current Ecodesign Directive.
