Product Marketing Manager
Description
Drive innovation, successfully position products on the market, inspire markets. As a Product Marketing Manager, you actively shape the marketing of an innovative product area and bring ideas directly into implementation. You work at the interface between sales, international manufacturers and customers and drive design-in projects as well as marketing measures. You combine technical know-how with strategic thinking and use your entrepreneurial instinct specifically for the success of our products.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for product marketing of a significant product area
- Expansion and further development of the product portfolio
- Coordination between field sales, international manufacturers and internal interfaces
- Planning, implementation and analysis of targeted marketing measures
- Collaboration with sales for the implementation of design-in projects
- Monitoring of market trends, competitors and customer needs
- Creation of presentations, calculations and decision templates
- Support for product launches and other sales and marketing activities
Requirements
- Completed degree in business, electrical engineering or mechatronics or technical training with several years of experience in sales or marketing
- Experience in the distribution industry is an advantage
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and competence in building and maintaining sustainable networks and customer relationships
- Experience in the acquisition and support of product-related key customers
- Willingness to travel internationally for projects and customer contacts
- Confident use of MS Office and digital marketing and analysis tools
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong sales and success orientation as well as structured, quality-conscious way of working
