TOF sensors

The ESPROS 3D Time-of-Flight (TOF) sensors, which are based on the light pulse time-of-flight measurement method, were developed to realize simple and cost-effective 3D TOF cameras. The functionality of the TOF sensors includes distance and ambient light measurements with variable integration times. In addition, on-chip temperature sensors are integrated for measured value compensation.
